Today marks five years since the Ripple lawsuit began… they framed it as “investor protection” lol.

Looking back, and seeing how everything has unfolded, it’s clear just how chaotic and misguided those days were.

Innovation was delayed, clarity was denied, and an entire industry paid the price. Thankfully, that chapter is behind us.

Now the focus is where it always should have been: building the systems that will outlive all of us.
