I have launched a challenge to turn 1000U into 10 times that, and this time I plan to record the entire trading process— including how to select varieties, how to set take profit and stop loss, and the often overlooked position management.
Let’s start with the two core principles. First, preserving capital is crucial. In the early stages, I strictly control each trade's loss to within 3%. Once the account has a profit of 500U, I then widen the risk tolerance to 5%. When the profit reaches 2000U, the tolerance for single trade losses will expand to 10%. The benefit of this approach is that in the initial phase, small errors are tested, and in the later stage, the principal is already secured, so even with fluctuations, the fundamentals are not harmed.
Secondly, what is the most underestimated ability in trading? It is patience. Really, many people fall into this trap. Holding U in hand, watching the market fluctuate 24 hours, either frequently making trades and incurring fees, or being scared out by short-term fluctuations. But how long does it take to grow from 1000U to 10000U? It depends on how long you can persist in waiting.
Good opportunities are not available every day. Most of the time, you just watch monotonously and wait patiently until a high-probability trading opportunity appears before taking action. Those who are impatient often take action when they should wait and hesitate when they should take action.
