After continuously holding a Heavy Position in Bitcoin, institutions have recently changed their strategy—no longer continuing to buy, but instead starting to hoard cash. This shift may seem like a retreat, but it actually reflects a more pragmatic consideration. The uncertainties in the market are increasing, and maintaining sufficient cash reserves can make the balance sheet more robust, allowing more leeway to respond to potential risk Fluctuations. This does not mean they are bearish on Bitcoin's long-term prospects; they have simply chosen a more cautious pace under the current circumstances. Short-term tactical adjustments and long-term strategic adherence are not contradictory.

Ah, they are playing mind games again. I just want to know if this pile of cash they are hoarding is out of fear or if they are planning something big.

The institution's recent operations, to put it plainly, are just trying to have it both ways. When risks come, there’s cash to back them up, and when the market is bullish, they won't be afraid. Smart is smart, but it does seem a bit greedy.
