I have seen many people rely on a basic method to steadily build their accounts from small to large.

There are only four rules. The simpler something is, the easier it is to stick to.

**First point, lock in a signal: daily MACD golden cross.**

Other indicators can be looked at casually, and there’s no need to be glued to your phone for K-line news every day. Focus on the golden cross above the zero axis, as such signals have more stable reliability. After all, indicators are based on data, which is more reliable than your emotions.

**The second rule is to only follow the daily moving average line.**

Hold the price online, and once it drops, just walk away. Don't guess the bottom, don't resist; this is not advice, this is a rule.

**Article 3: Both entry and exit are based on price and transaction volume.**

When the price surges above the moving average and the trading volume also increases, that is called an effective entry. If you make a profit, take partial profits in batches; when it rises to 40%, cut a portion, and when it reaches 80%, cut another portion. Once the price retraces below the moving average, clear all remaining positions.

**Article 4, stop loss only recognizes the daily closing price.**

Closing below the moving average means you should unconditionally clear out the position the next day. A single stroke of luck might wipe out all your previous profits. Missing out is not a big deal; the market will always come back, and you can re-enter once it stands back up.

This method is not flexible, nor can it be called advanced; it is even somewhat rigid. But it is precisely this rigid approach that allows retail investors to survive for a long time. Market trends come in waves, and opportunities are always abundant. What is truly lacking is a set of discipline that you can actually follow through.
