#BTC对标贵金属的竞争格局 The most unprofitable operation in the crypto market is often not choosing the wrong coin, but rather holding onto the right coin too tightly!

Looking at coins like $RAVE, once they enter a downtrend, most investors' first reaction is not to think about cutting losses, but rather to comfort themselves - "Let's wait and see, it will rebound soon." What happened as a result? $Q dropped on the first day, and after a slight rise, they wanted to continue holding; by the second day for $LUMIA, people were still looking forward to that "key rebound moment"; by the time the market had dropped by thirty to forty percent, they regretfully found that not only had all their previous profits vanished, but even their principal was tightly trapped.

Some say the market is too brutal. In fact, that's not the case—the real problem lies in the trading logic itself.

Those who can live relatively well in the coin circle never blindly hold positions. At the moment they click to confirm a transaction, they already have the worst-case scenario in their minds: "What if it goes the wrong way?" Once the price moves beyond expectations, they immediately acknowledge their losses without hesitation. They never argue with the market about right or wrong; the only thing they care about is: is the account still alive? Is the principal safe?

Observing those consistently profitable traders, you will find that they all share a common habit - quick and decisive stop-loss. Losing a little money is not scary; what is scary is that a failed trade can wipe out all the profits that were hard-earned before.

Of course, there are exceptions to everything. If it is a true value investment—where the logic hasn't changed, the account still has bullets, and the time horizon is long enough—only then can we talk about "buying more as it goes lower." But to be honest, most people's operations can't even be called value investing; they just refuse to admit they were wrong and stubbornly hold onto their losing positions.

In the crypto market, the trading game is not about whose predictions are the most accurate, but rather who can get back up the fastest after making mistakes. How many stories have you seen of those who end up liquidating because they couldn't bear to cut their losses? A single drawdown can swallow up all long-term gains; this is no longer news.

Market opportunities are always there, they won’t run away. Think for an extra second before the next trade, and leave yourself an exit route, that is true risk management. Don’t wait for the coin to drop to the floor price to dream of a rebound, that is not a strategy, that is a gambling mentality.

In order to stand firm in this market, there is only one way - learn to gracefully admit defeat at the right time.

You don't lack opportunities. What you lack is the courage to act decisively when facing losses.

Exactly right, stop-loss is truly a matter of life and death. I personally have experienced it myself, with RAVE's surge pushing from a 20% profit to a -20% loss, and I regret it to death.

That's too harsh; I'm just that fool who stubbornly holds onto $LUMIA, now it's a painful lesson.

Speaking of which, what happened to those who stubbornly held on? They must have gone back to their hometown a long time ago.

It hits hard, especially that line "It's not a lack of opportunities, but a lack of courage to stop loss." I previously fell for $LUMIA, refusing to play people for suckers, and as a result, it fell all the way to despair.
