Why some Web3 projects choose a counterintuitive path: prioritize trust and community value creation, then introduce tokenomics later. This isn't new—it's the playbook that enabled certain platforms to build sustainable growth. The recipe? Focus on solving real problems, meet users on existing platforms they already frequent, and establish credibility before monetization plays a role. Projects rushing token launches without authentic community foundations often face adoption challenges. The ones that nail it? They understand: loyal users come first, financial models follow. Building genuine utility and trust transforms casual interest into long-term engagement.

You're right, too many projects just think about issuing coins to play people for suckers right from the start, without considering whether users really need it.

To be honest, I have already verified this logic in node operation and maintenance. The stability of the consensus mechanism follows the same principle—first ensure the reliability of the validating nodes, and then implement the incentive mechanism like stake rewards; if the order is reversed, the project will fail.

Sounds nice, but which of those projects I stayed up late for didn't first dump their Tokens and then raise money? In the end, I can't even recover the gas fees...

To be honest, this trap should have been popularized a long time ago. Those projects that just issued coins right from the start really got it wrong.
