People love others in the way they have been loved themselves. What each person gives to others is the best part of what they have supposedly received. So when a person loves someone else, they feel that the sense of ritual is not important at all; when they say this, it means that the love they have received in the past is of this type, and you have probably never felt this kind of beauty, which is why you think others shouldn't need it either.
