I just updated my Gate app and below are my feedback
• I can't find the customer service button (which used to be at the top right corner) anymore
• It'd be great if you can search for what you want in the More page where everything is. A search button on the top right corner (as seen in the attached photo) will do
• The Web3 aspect lags a lot. I can't complete the $BTC price prediction task because of this. It kept lagging that I couldn't complete the $10 swap task
• I would also appreciate it if you can sell all your assets when you click on 100% on the spot trading instead of retaining some, thereby, slashing your target profit. 100% should mean 100%, please
• I also saw a campaign that says one device can't participate in the event more than once. Gate app is a very heavy app that many people avoid it due to the fact that they use low-end devices.
I have my mom's account logged in on my phone because she can't have a smooth experience with Gate app if she installs it on her phone. I believe each account belongs to different individuals as long as they completed the KYC to prove their uniqueness
• I love the fact that I can access the Live, Chat, Announcement and Square from the homepage now
• Navigating the Gate exchange also got smoother as well
That's all I have to say for now. I will add more as I continue using the app and discovering new things
