Seeing that precious metals like gold and silver have been quite popular in the market recently!
Last week, I heard everyone mention a small arbitrage opportunity with silver. Since I wasn't very familiar with it, I asked some friends around me for advice.
After listening to my friend's explanation, I decided to try trading.
On Friday, I subscribed to a silver fund with a limit of 500 yuan at a price of 1.9 yuan on the exchange—at that time, the silver market price was about 2.5 yuan (the premium rate was approximately 25%). Because it's T+2, I thought even if the price drops by 10 points in a day, I could sell at the limit down price and still make a 3-point profit.
I plan to sell directly at the limit down price tonight at 9 o'clock. Expecting to earn about 10% (profit from the premium).
Some friends might think, it's only 500 yuan, why bother going through all this trouble? Actually, the main reason is that I had never engaged in this type of trading before. I just opened an account last week. With the mindset that even if I lose, it wouldn't be much, I wanted to experience the whole process firsthand.
