Seeing people talk about Web3 work experience leading to difficulty passing the resume screening for big Web2 companies because Web3 = unstructured / no system.
From my extensive experience interviewing employees and my long-term collaboration with the overseas growth departments of large companies, Web3 work experience is actually a plus. Especially Web3 marketing and operations personnel, who are better at cold-starting international markets, driving growth through community engagement, and crafting a product narrative and emotional communication.
