InfoFi sounds appealing on paper. But let's be honest about what's really happening.
We aren't actually farming information. That's just the pitch.
What we're really doing? Farming attention. We accumulate engagement, hope it snowballs into points, and pray those points eventually convert to real value. Rinse and repeat.
So maybe we should call it what it actually is—AttentionFi. Just with fancier marketing and a better narrative wrapper.
The mechanics are identical. The naming is just window dressing.

Basically, it's just a different way of saying "harvesting the leeks." Interesting.

Basically, it's just packaging attention into data to make money, nothing new.
---
Just another marketing concept, we players are all using the same tricks.
---
Information farm? Ha, I think it's an attention slaughterhouse.
---
The day for point redemption is still far away, let's top up first.
---
Renaming it to wash it white? That trick is really clever.
---
Repeatedly harvesting attention, then praying it can be worth money, it's a faith game.
---
Essentially, it's a zero-sum game, just more beautifully packaged.
---
I just want to know who will finally be able to convert these points into money. It's really still pending approval forever.

It's just an attention wrapper game after all.

Haha, to put it simply, it's all about interaction and free riding. We all know what's going on.
There are too many projects resetting to zero, and now there's a new set of skins again?
Before going all-in, think about how many months you can get for free.

Exactly right, it's just the attention economy under a different guise.
