The company stated that the new integration will allow complex workflows in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance operations to be performed with less manual intervention, in a more auditable and scalable manner.

Adem Turgut, CEO of Solvexia, highlighted the strategic importance of the acquisition:
