#数字资产行情上升 Short-term bearish signal for ETH has appeared—a rebound is the best entry point

Hello traders, today I will analyze ETH's 1-hour chart in depth.

From the candlestick structure, the price is being fully suppressed by the moving average system, with no decent rebound pattern emerging. More importantly, pay attention to the MACD indicator—green bars are continuously increasing, and the fast and slow lines are diverging downward below the zero line. This combination of signals is very clear: the bearish momentum is still building.

The core judgment is: the shorting opportunity is mature. But here’s a key detail—we are not chasing shorts; instead, we wait for a confirmed standard rebound before taking action. A rebound from a low level is a normal technical correction, and we want to use this rebound to create a better entry environment.

The specific trading plan is as follows:

**Consider establishing a short position around 3100** — this price corresponds to the lower edge of the previous small platform, which is a natural resistance level. From a technical perspective, a rebound to this point completes a standard retracement within the downtrend structure and leaves the last opportunity for undecided traders to participate.

**Set stop-loss above 3150** — clear level, risk is controllable.

**The downward target is divided into two stages** — first look at 3050, then further down to the 3000 level.

The logic behind this approach is: in a clear downtrend, a rebound is essentially a correction, not a reversal. Many traders tend to develop psychological biases during rebounds, chasing the rally and abandoning their original plan. In reality, a rebound provides a better risk/reward ratio.

Discipline is the most tested aspect in trading, not technology. The same signals can make some profit and others loss—often the difference lies in execution and mental management. Opportunities in the crypto space are endless; what’s truly scarce is the patience to wait for high-probability setups.

If ETH breaks through the rebound level downward directly, just let it go—another clearer opportunity will come naturally. Use logic to target the market and refuse to trade driven by emotions.

Short again? You're cutting positions at a 3100 rebound? I see you've worn out this playbook, haha.

Shorting on a rebound? I've seen this trick too many times, and in the end, it's always a matter of getting cut off.

Bro, I've heard this set of tactics too many times. "Short when there's a rebound"? Last time I heard that, ETH shot straight up to 3200, and my stop-loss was wiped out completely.

It's that same pattern of bouncing back to enter the market again. Last time I heard this, ETH even rose to around 3200...

It's the same old story of rebounding and shorting again, I'm getting calluses on my ears from hearing it. Can 3100 really hold?

Wait for the rebound to 3100 before going up; this wave is a bit risky, and maintaining the right mindset is the hardest.

This set of words sounds familiar, but can the rebound really drop? The last time I said this, ETH shot up directly to 3200.
