Original Title: A 2026 Rally May Be Coming for Bitcoin (BTC)! “A Rare Bullish Pattern Has Emerged!”
Original Link:
Although Bitcoin (BTC) hit a new high in 2025, it experienced a significant decline at the end of the year, resulting in a negative annual return.
After recent declines, Bitcoin started 2026 strongly, with the price once rising above $94,000, but has pulled back to around $90,000 in the past 24 hours.
However, an analyst predicts a significant rally may occur in 2026.
According to Jesse Myers, Head of Bitcoin Strategy at Smarter Web Company, Bitcoin historically tends to see strong gains in the year following a loss.
Based on this analyst’s view, Bitcoin usually experiences a strong rally in the year after a decline, and this year seems to be following a similar pattern.
The analyst pointed out that Bitcoin recorded negative annual returns in 2014, 2018, 2022, and 2025, but rebounded by 35%, 95%, and 156% in the subsequent years. Although Bitcoin ended 2025 with a negative return, based on this historical model, the analyst expects a similar rebound in 2026.
Myers noted that the average investment return is about 95%, and believes that a similar upward trend may continue this year.
