RWA vs RWS, which is the next hot spot in Web3?

If DeFi is the first wave of the crypto market, then everyone is now pondering: what is the true significance of asset onboarding? Is it simply digitizing real-world assets, or is it about solving the pain points of the real world? The difference between these two paths may seem subtle, but it actually determines how far the entire track can go.

RWA (Real World Assets) emphasizes asset mapping—bringing real estate, bonds, commodities, and other assets onto the chain. But RWS (Real World Solutions) has a bigger ambition: not only to put assets on the chain but also to use blockchain technology to transform real-world business processes. While they sound like different ways of describing the problem, they actually reflect different stages of Web3 applications.

From a technological empowerment perspective, true innovation is not just "digitizing assets," but "reshaping real-world interactions through on-chain mechanisms." How to understand this shift? It’s helpful to start with the most basic scenarios like payment clearing, supply chain, and identity verification. When blockchain is no longer just a storage tool but becomes the infrastructure to transform production relations, that is the true embodiment of Web3.

What do you think? Should we currently focus more on the breadth of asset onboarding or the depth of application scenarios?

RWS sounds flashy, but honestly, RWA is still more practical for making money right now. Deep down, it's about expanding the breadth first, which is the right approach. To put it simply, it's about transforming the production relations. Sounds a bit like socialist reform, haha. The supply chain talk is old news; when trust issues are truly resolved, then we can talk. Everyone's talking about the wind at the moment, but next year we'll see who the real trendsetter is. RWA is currently making huge profits, while RWS is still just talking about it. Isn't it obvious which one to choose? Ultimately, blockchain still comes down to money. Don't overthink the virtual stuff. Payment and clearing have actually been tried by some players long ago, but the results are so-so. What exactly is being transformed? I think it's our wallets that are being transformed.

To be honest, RWA is now just a digital shell; whether it has real value depends on whether RWS can actually deliver.

RWA is just putting a new shell on old stuff, RWS is the one truly aiming to transform the world... But honestly, it's mostly just pie-in-the-sky talk right now.

In simple terms, RWA is just a gameplay token, while RWS is the one truly aiming to make a difference. Those still stuck on this are missing the point; depth is the key. Another round of concept hype—what about actual implementation? Breadth is nonsense; without real application scenarios, it's all pointless. I don't understand why there has to be opposition—aren't they just at different development stages? This round's explanation isn't innovative; it's the same old talk. Will RWS really transform production relations? Are we sure it's not just another round of fantasy? Payment and settlement are the most promising areas; everything else is just hype. When will we stop storytelling and actually see user growth? Let's talk then. Ultimately, it's about who can survive; concepts are all虚假的.

To be honest, RWS sounds more reliable, otherwise it's just another round of hype... --- Asset mapping has been played out for a long time; we need to truly solve pain points. --- Supply chain and identity are indeed excellent directions, but who the hell can implement them? --- I think depth is more important; otherwise, it’s just like the public chain wars back in the day, and they all ended up dead. --- If RWS can truly transform business processes, it’s not just a Web3 thing; the entire industry would need to change. --- The problem is that institutions simply don’t believe; they will only use it once their real pain points are solved. --- I bet RWS will ultimately fail due to compliance issues; breadth is actually easier.

Honestly, RWS is the ultimate goal, RWA is just a transitional product. --- Talking about chain transformation of production relations again, I'm tired of this rhetoric, still just trying to raise funds. --- Depth and breadth, what's the use? If the ecosystem isn't strong, everything is pointless. --- I'm optimistic about the supply chain sector, but there must be real business scenarios; don't just rely on paper articles. --- Currently, those investing in RWA are betting on regulatory easing; there's not much innovation. --- The problem is, how many RWS projects truly solve practical pain points? I think they're all pseudo-necessities. --- We still need to start with payments; that's the easiest to implement. Everything else is too abstract.

RWS sounds quite ideal, but to be honest, RWA is still easier to implement right now. Depth? Breadth? Haha, first we need to survive before talking about poetry and distant dreams. But if we really want to transform the production relations, we need to build the infrastructure first. Don't think too far ahead.

I've already said that this wave of RWS is the true high ground. It's a bit late for those still struggling with RWA. The DeFi approach has already reached its ceiling. Now, whoever secures the position in supply chain and payment clearing first will hold the key to wealth. Don't miss this opportunity, brother.

RWS sounds fancy, but I think RWA needs to be implemented first, or else it's just a house of cards. Basically, it's about first confirming asset rights, and then figuring out how to transform the process can wait. Right now, even the infrastructure hasn't been laid out firmly.
