The strategy of going all-in on Bitcoin last year should be changed. This year, let's try a different approach—shift focus to Ethereum and gradually allocate to promising altcoins. The core logic is actually quite clear:

First, the amount of staked ETH has returned to zero, which sends a signal. Second, more importantly— the Russell 2000 Index just hit a new all-time high.

Looking back at the past two years, US funds concentrated on the seven giants, and small caps were heavily suppressed. Interestingly, Ethereum and the Russell Index have highly correlated historical trends, which explains why in the past two years everyone only held Bitcoin and avoided altcoins.

But the tide has turned. In December last year, the US stock market experienced a subtle shift, with the Russell Index firmly above its historical high, and it accelerated upward at the start of the year. And this logic will also be replicated in the crypto space; digital assets are essentially value pockets, and the deepest pocket is ETH.

This year is a critical year— the first year after the implementation of the stablecoin legislation.
