Is it really that hard to make U from trading coins? Not necessarily. The key is whether you want to gamble a bit or truly want to establish yourself in the crypto space.

If you currently have around 2000U, I have to be honest with you—there's no need to rush. Many people enter the market wanting to get rich overnight, only to fall into a vicious cycle of "chasing highs and selling lows," causing their accounts to shrink more and more. But some people use the right methods and manage to turn small accounts into big businesses.

I once knew a trader who started with only 1200U. At first, he was extremely nervous during operations, afraid that one mistake would wipe him out. But he stuck to a disciplined strategy, and after three months, his account grew to 15,000, and in five months, it skyrocketed to 32,000, all without hitting liquidation. This isn’t luck from the heavens; it’s a matter of having a method.

He shared with me three rules he summarized, and I think they’re worth discussing.

**First is capital layering.** Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. His plan was like this: 500U dedicated to intraday short-term trading, focusing on small fluctuations of mainstream coins, taking profits when possible; 400U for swing trading, waiting for clear signals before acting, avoiding impatience; the remaining 300U as insurance, basically not touching it. This completely breaks the gambler’s mindset of "all-in."

**Second is trend thinking.** When the market is sideways, it’s a test of patience. Many people can’t hold back and always want to do something. Truly profitable traders instead wait quietly until the direction is clear before taking action. Take profits promptly and lock them in; don’t get greedy over the paper gains to prevent retracement.

**Third and most crucial—discipline.** Before entering each trade, set stop-loss and take-profit levels. Exit immediately when triggered, no bargaining. Losses test human nature especially hard; the urge to add positions will be strong, but only those who can control this will survive to the end.

It’s easier said than done. The difficulty with small capital isn’t the size of the principal but the mindset of wanting to turn things around quickly. True reversal comes from patience, execution, and a set of repeatable rules.

From 1200U to 32,000U may seem like a miracle, but in reality, it’s just about using the right methods and sticking to them. The crypto market is volatile, and many get knocked down and never get back up. But those who choose the right course can always walk steadily far.

That's right, it's mainly about mindset. I've seen too many people come in with 2000U, only to be wiped out in a month, all thinking with a gamble mentality. The strategy of capital layering is indeed key; spreading out your funds is the only way to survive longer.

It sounds good, but ultimately it depends on the person. No matter how good the method is, it also requires execution. That's what I lack.

That's right, it's a mindset issue. I've seen too many people come in with $2000, hoping to tenfold in a month, only to blow up in two weeks. The key truly lies in discipline; being able to control your hands is the real way to succeed.

I've been through it all. This way of saying sounds good, but it's actually just survivor bias.

That's right, it's a mindset issue. I was impulsive and short-sighted in the early years and got caught in scams, but now I'm much more stable.

The point is valid, but how many people can truly stick with it? I think most people still fail due to their mindset.

That's right, mindset is the biggest enemy. I keep losing because I can't control my impulses; so many times I see a chance to make a profit and want to try for more.

Honestly, my limited experience with "steady losses" tells me that the capital stratification this guy mentioned is the real lifesaver...

To be honest, I've heard this story too many times... The brother who skyrocketed from 1200U to 32,000U, what's his wallet address? I need to verify it on-chain based on my analysis before I can be assured.
