Figure Technology Solutions is redefining the rules of the financial services game. As the largest non-bank home equity credit originator in the United States, this company not only holds a significant position in traditional finance but also plays a foundational role in the tokenization of real-world assets.

Interestingly, Figure's development path is clearly visible — from platforms like Rocket Mortgage that are "online," to the "platformization" model exemplified by SoFi, and now to the current "on-chain" stage. What's the difference? The key lies in efficiency.

Their self-developed Provenance Blockchain (built on Cosmos SDK) is doing something traditional finance cannot — moving assets directly onto the chain. Mortgage and ownership records, which previously required substantial costs and time in back-end processes, are now streamlined. Once operating on the chain, these issues are effectively solved. The specific results? The cost of loan origination and securitization can be reduced by over 100 basis points. These are not small numbers.

By December 2025, Figure will complete its IPO. Its current market value remains stable between $7.5 billion and $9 billion. This figure itself indicates a phenomenon — the capital markets are beginning to recognize the practical application value of blockchain in financial infrastructure, beyond mere hype.

Can a cost reduction of less than 100bp really impress Wall Street? I feel like it still depends on the subsequent implementation data to speak for itself. --- I've been listening to the logic of on-chain finance with Figure for a long time, and now there's finally a valuation reference. It's quite interesting. --- Wait, how does Provenance ensure it won't become the next abandoned chain? The real issue isn't tokenization, but the cost for users to migrate. --- So essentially, it's just a financial intermediary with a different guise, just moving the backend onto the chain. This might sound absolute, but it does seem to be the case. --- They went public... Those projects claiming to be revolutionary ultimately return to the US stock market for funding. Isn't that a bit ironic? Haha. --- 100bp sounds like a lot, but whether real business can actually benefit from this remains to be seen. --- If the RWA narrative can succeed this time, Figure is indeed leading the way. It all depends on how large the subsequent scale can grow.

ngl, 100 basis points off feels insane but... been there, lost that. watched too many "revolutionary" protocols get rekt. what's the real health factor on this thing when rates spike? nobody talks about that part 💀

Damn, 100 basis points? If that's true, I wouldn't need to watch K-line charts every day. Wait, it's about on-chainization and cost reduction again, why does it sound so familiar... Those projects used to hype this up too, and now? The grass on their graves is already three feet high. Figure, this time isn't it going to be the next reverse indicator? I bet fifty cents, it will surge before the market cap halves. Real gold-backed RWA? Or just another concept harvest? Let's wait and see the story in 2026. Hey, is this thing IPO'd? How did I just find out? Once again, missing a great bottom-fishing opportunity. Over 100+ basis points cut... sounds great, but wait until it actually happens before bragging. Don’t fool this old chives. The largest non-bank mortgage lender in the US is working on blockchain, how desperate must that be.

Really? 100 basis points? Is on-chain mortgage lending really going to happen? I used to think it was just hype. --- Figure's IPO this time feels well-timed; capital is starting to trust blockchain infrastructure. But we still need to see real data to be convinced. --- Did Provenance Blockchain build it themselves? That's impressive, unlike some projects that just shout slogans. --- Wait, can costs really be reduced by 100 basis points? That’s a solid business logic, not just a price hype. --- From Rocket Mortgage all the way to on-chain, Figure’s progression path is indeed well-designed. --- A market cap of 7.5-9 billion remains stable, indicating it’s not entirely a bubble. But can tokenized real-world assets truly replace traditional finance? --- On-chain mortgage lending? Still feels a bit strange. When will this really become mainstream? --- A 100bp efficiency increase sounds exaggerated. What about the detailed data? Isn’t this just another marketing gimmick? --- Figure’s approach makes sense, but whether it can truly shake up the financial system remains to be seen. Is the underlying ecosystem strong enough?

Damn, a 100 basis point reduction in borrowing costs? If that's true, it's a revolution in the financial sector. Figure has really broken through the dead end of traditional finance this time. On-chain lending should have come long ago. Post-IPO, a valuation of 7.5-9 billion dollars indicates that Wall Street is finally starting to understand that blockchain is not just about speculation. If Provenance's public chain can truly support RWA transactions, it might be the most pragmatic step in this track. --- Honestly, I doubt the execution level—can they really put all the processes on-chain so quickly? --- Reducing borrowing costs by 100bp sounds unbelievable... but thinking about it carefully, maybe it's not an exaggeration. --- The largest non-bank mortgage issuer in the US building their own public chain—this idea is indeed bold. --- Just wonder if Figure's system will get into trouble with the SEC; financial compliance has always been the biggest bottleneck.
