Odaily Planet Daily News: Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett posted on the X platform that advocacy organization Investors For Transparency is running ads during Fox News’ prime time, urging viewers to oppose the upcoming cryptocurrency market structure bill’s provisions on DeFi. The relevant Senate committee will vote on the bill next week. The treatment of DeFi is one of the most controversial parts of the bill, sparking intense debate among legislators, TradFi, and the crypto industry. Currently, the wording of the relevant provisions is unclear, and the Senate Banking Committee will release its section of the bill responsible for review next Thursday.
