Short-form content definitely works—there's no denying its popularity. But lately, I've been pushing back against it more. It's like being stuck in a loop you can't shake; the algorithm keeps pulling you back. The more conscious I become about stepping away from it, though, the better I actually feel. There's something about breaking that cycle that just hits different. Less scrolling, clearer head. Sometimes the best move is recognizing when something has too much power over you and deciding to take control back.

Algorithms really can drain people. I now have to force myself to stop when scrolling through short videos.

Can short videos really help you quit? I've tried multiple times, and I always lose to the algorithm.

Short videos are like vampires, the more you watch, the more addictive... I'm trying to quit now, and I'm really becoming more aware.

Algorithms really can be addictive, that feeling you just can't quit

Algorithms really can consume people. I also quit short videos for a while. Now, whenever I get the urge, I just remember that feeling of being controlled, and I hold back.
