If the original dev team loses interest, I'm ready to step in as CTO and drive this forward. We can restructure the DEX, revamp our social media strategy, and rebuild momentum. It looks like the same old story: the project is dead, and I come to save it. The problem is, I've seen too many of these "proactive takeover" proposals, and in the end, what happens? What about the power list? What about the incentive mechanism? Or are we just going to have the community freeload again?
