At different stages of the crypto market, participants go through a similar emotional cycle. When a bear market arrives and prices plummet, it starts with fear—worrying about continued declines in holdings and fearing missing out on a rebound. If the decline persists, fear evolves into despair, and many begin to doubt the market’s future. Then comes the anger stage, with growing dissatisfaction about investment decisions, market manipulation, and project teams. Finally, there is sadness, a sense of helplessness and exhaustion that engulfs the entire community. These four stages repeat in cycles, deeply reflecting the collective psychological evolution within market cycles.

The bad news is that I have gone through all four stages. The good news is that I am now numb.

Ha, that's so true. I'm currently swinging back and forth in the third phase.

Once again, I got liquidated, and this time I suffered even more losses...
It's always easier to say "know early" in hindsight. Every bear market, I tell myself to stick to risk management points, but I still end up having to add positions.
That's very true. Fear, despair, anger, sadness... I'm a frequent visitor to this cycle. Right now, I'm bouncing back and forth between anger and sadness.
Really, it's not poor psychological resilience. The borrowing rate and liquidation price are just too damn realistic.
Every round, I think this time I can go all-in to catch the bottom, and every round I get lessons... Now I'm numb.

To be honest, I'm currently swinging back and forth in the "anger" stage. It's really frustrating.

Hey, really, it's the same cycle every time. I'm in the anger stage right now.

If I had known earlier, I wouldn't have listened to others. Now I'm bouncing back and forth between despair and anger.

I was just saying why everyone in the group is criticizing the team and the market now. Turns out they've all reached the point of anger.

I'm currently going through this cycle... I was angry yesterday, and today I've already started to feel numb.

Oh my god, isn't this a reflection of the past two years of mine? I'm stuck in the anger stage and can't get out now.
