"I am a mechanical technician. Four months ago, I was involved in a work-related accident that caused severe damage to my spine, including L5–S1 and L4 disc bulge. Due to this injury, I had to undergo spinal surgery. Since the operation, I have been on complete bed rest for the past four months, and my doctor has strictly advised no physical movement for at least one year.
