The distribution of long-term BTC holders is clearly slowing down in its acceleration. Starting to rebound from extreme net outflow levels, what does this indicate? The market is gradually absorbing the supply that has been locked up for a long time. The key point is—most of the large-scale selling pressure supply has basically been digested. In other words, the old chips that have been troubling the market are gradually being accepted by new participants, and this change in supply dynamics may signal a rebalancing of the market structure.

The old chips have been eaten up, this is a bottom signal.

Old chips being digested? Sounds good, but can this rebound really hold up?

All the old chips have been absorbed, indicating that the bottom should be stable. Now, let's see how high the new funds can push it.

Are the old chips starting to be absorbed? How much longer will it take for new money to enter the market?

ngl if you look at the data, this supply absorption narrative sounds neat but... actually what's the correlation coefficient between holder distribution and actual price sustainability? seen this movie before, degens pile in, old coins dump, rinse repeat. technically speaking the risk-adjusted metrics don't align with the optimism here

Old chips being taken over by newcomers, this wave is really quite interesting.

Old chips being accepted by newcomers, this is the true bottom signal.

Seeing this kind of analysis again at 3 a.m., the net outflow rebound is indeed interesting... but the question is, how long can this "absorption" speed be maintained? What about the liquidity depth data? Are there any large transactions experiencing slippage anomalies?
