$BRCST it seem the project team,the developer and the owner of this coin,do not have enough liquidity to pay at the higher coin price to the investors/traders,it seems they locked the system/the market eventually,as you can see on the trade page,the system showed us when the last time transaction was....they are buying time until the Gate exchange is delisting this coin on January 26th,so they can pay all of the circulated coin with the most lowest price...are we being robbed and scammed already...?
