Hello, "Trigger Price" is only the condition to trigger the order placement. The actual transaction price depends on the order type placed after triggering and the current market price and depth:

If a market order is placed after triggering: to ensure quick execution, it will be matched at the best available price on the order book, which may result in slippage, and the average transaction price may differ from the trigger price.

You can contact our online customer service (app homepage - top left avatar - pop-up page click the top right corner 🎧 - Contact Customer Service - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "Manual" in the input box below - reply with the message and select "Transfer to Human" and choose the relevant issue) to provide relevant screenshots of the problem, so we can further verify and assist you.
