Iran conducts retaliatory actions, striking multiple U.S. military bases in the Middle East


• Bahrain U.S. military base attacked: The headquarters service center of the U.S. Fifth Fleet was directly hit by a missile, the base went into emergency mode, Bahrain air defense sirens sounded, and civilians were advised to move to safe locations.
• Qatar: Al Udeid Air Base (the largest U.S. military base in the Middle East, with over 10,000 troops) was attacked by missiles, some intercepted by Patriot systems, while others hit near targets, causing frequent explosions in Doha.
• United Arab Emirates: Al Dhafra Air Base was hit, with two large explosions in Abu Dhabi, and parts of the airspace were closed.
• Kuwait: Targets such as Ali Al Salem Air Base were attacked, explosions sounded across the country, and the entire national airspace was closed.
Others: Alerts were also issued in Jordan and other areas, with Iran claiming to strike with “no limits.”
Regional impact: Multiple countries closed their airspace, causing chaos in international flights; oil prices surged; global markets are volatile; Houthi forces also launched missiles toward Israel.
