All afternoon, I laid out so many potatoes and fish. I was in charge of pressing, and my dad was rubbing. Later, when it gets dark, we'll bring everything into the yard and freeze it overnight. Tomorrow, we can pack it into plastic bags and store it in the freezer to enjoy slowly. Although the process is quite tiring, it tastes really good when eating, especially dipped in meat broth and egg soup. It's a good time to do some prep now since I'll be working in the fields in a few days.
