Amman, Mar. 6 (Petra)-- His Majesty King Abdullah II received a phone call from Czech Republic President Petr Pavel on Friday, during which they discussed the dangerous developments in the region.
His Majesty reaffirmed the need to respect the sovereignty of countries in the region, and to prioritize dialogue and diplomatic channels in order to achieve comprehensive and sustainable calm.
The King reiterated that Jordan will continue to take all necessary measures to ensure its security, stability, and the safety of its citizens.
His Majesty also underscored the need to prevent the exploitation of the current conflict in order to impact the situation in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and Gaza.
