Buy Setup Logic $XAUT

1️⃣ Identify the Demand Zone

First, look at the red support zone around 5040.
Why this zone is important:
Price previously rejected strongly from this level
Buyers entered here before
So this becomes a demand / support zone
This means institutions may buy again from this level.

2️⃣ Liquidity Grab

Before a big move, the market usually takes liquidity.
In this chart:
Price drops slightly below the support
This triggers sell stop orders
Weak traders think breakdown is happening
But actually this is often smart money collecting liquidity.
This is called Sell Side Liquidity Sweep.

3️⃣ Rejection From Support

After the liquidity grab:
Price rejects the lower level
Buyers start entering again
This rejection is the confirmation that buyers are active.
Common confirmation candles:
Bullish engulfing
Strong rejection wick
Break of small structure

4️⃣ Buy Entry

Once confirmation appears:
Example setup:
Entry: 5045 – 5055
Stop Loss: Below liquidity (around 5015)
This protects the trade if the market continues falling.

5️⃣ Target (Liquidity Above)

Markets usually move toward liquidity zones.
In this chart:
Target areas:
TP1 → 5080
TP2 → 5100
TP3 → 5130 (BSL – Buy Side Liquidity)

That is where buy stop orders are located.
Simple Strategy Formula
You can teach your students this simple rule:
**Support Zone
Liquidity Sweep
Bullish Confirmation
= Buy Setup
Target → Next Liquidity Zone
One Important Lesson
Many traders sell at the bottom after the support break.
But smart traders wait for:
Liquidity grab → reversal → buy
That is the logic behind this setup.
