Gate News bot Nachricht, das japanische börsennotierte Unternehmen Remixpoint kündigte am 5. Juni an, dass es plant, insgesamt 1.000 oder mehr Bitcoin (BTC) zu kaufen.

Das Unternehmen hält derzeit etwa 680 Bitcoins und wird durch die Emission von Aktienbezugsrechten Kapital beschaffen, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen.

Als konkreten Plan für diese Finanzierung gab das Unternehmen am 4. Juni bekannt, dass es über einen Drittanbieter eine Gesamtsumme von 3.625.000 Yen für die Ausgabe von Aktienbezugsrechten an den EVO FUND gezahlt hat.

Wenn EVO FUND in Zukunft das Bezugsrecht auf Aktien ausübt und Mittel für Investitionen erhält, plant Remixpoint, diese Mittel schrittweise für den Erwerb von Bitcoin zu verwenden. Laut Informationen, die das Unternehmen am 19. Mai veröffentlicht hat, wird erwartet, dass durch die Ausübung des Bezugsrechts etwa 5,6 Milliarden Yen gesammelt werden.
