Der zweite und letzte BPO-Fork erhöhte die maximale Blobs pro Block von 15 auf 21 und das Ziel von 10 auf 14, wodurch die parameterbasierten Anpassungen des Fusaka-Updates abgeschlossen wurden.
Die Änderung verbessert die Datenverfügbarkeit für Rollups ohne einen vollständigen Hard Fork und könnte die Layer-2-Gebühren um bis zu 60 % im Vergleich zu den aktuellen Niveaus senken.
