ChainCatcher Nachrichten, laut Hong Kong Economic Daily, wurde der “HOMEO Shunshi” Token von der Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) auf die Liste der verdächtigen Investitionsprodukte gesetzt.
Der Token wird von Excellence Shunshi Therapy (Hong Kong) betrieben und beworben, wobei vermutet wird, dass er durch Vorträge in Hongkong an die Öffentlichkeit verkauft wird und behauptet, den Investoren Gewinne zu bringen. Die Hong Kong SFC betont, dass dieses Produkt nicht von den Aufsichtsbehörden genehmigt wurde, um in Hongkong verkauft zu werden, und die entsprechenden Offenlegungsdokumente wurden ebenfalls nicht von der SFC geprüft. Die Aufsichtsbehörde warnt Investoren, äußerst vorsichtig zu sein, da die Investition in solche nicht genehmigten Produkte zu erheblichen oder sogar vollständigen Kapitalverlusten führen kann.
