PANews 27. Februar – Laut NEWSPIM hat Focus AI die Restzahlung für die Übernahme der Busan Digital Asset Exchange abgeschlossen. Focus AI erwarb letztlich 40,61 % der Anteile und wurde damit zum größten Anteilseigner sowie zum Betreiber. Die Busan Digital Asset Exchange ist Koreas erste RWA-Tokenisierungsbörse und unterstützt derzeit den 23-stündigen digitalen Handel mit physischen Vermögenswerten wie Gold, Silber und Platin. Das an der KDX-Allianz beteiligte Unternehmen erhielt kürzlich die erste vorläufige Genehmigung der Koreanischen Finanzaufsichtsbehörde (FSC) für den außerbörslichen Handel mit STO-Securities. Focus AI plant, durch diese Übernahme KI-, Zahlungs-, Stablecoin- und E-Wallet-Technologien zu kombinieren, um die Infrastruktur für Web3-Zahlungsplattformen aufzubauen und die Entwicklung von RWA- und STO-Geschäften voranzutreiben.
