Die italienische Finanzaufsichtsbehörde Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) hat am 25. Februar 2026 den Beschluss Nr. 23891 erlassen und festgestellt, dass das Token-Angebot $SOLX von Solaxy gegen die EU-Verordnung für den Markt für Krypto-Assets (MiCA) verstößt. Laut CONSOB hat Solaxy $SOLX in Italien öffentlich angeboten, ohne das Whitepaper gemäß Artikel 8 von MiCA zu veröffentlichen.
Die Behörde fordert, das SOLX-Angebot in Italien sofort einzustellen, und gewährt Solaxy 60 Tage, um gegen den Beschluss beim Regionalen Verwaltungsgericht Lazio Berufung einzulegen. CONSOB hat den Fall auch in eine Kampagne zur Bekämpfung von Finanzbetrug aufgenommen und mitgeteilt, dass italienische Behörden die Zugriffe auf die entsprechenden Websites blockieren.
Der Beschluss besagt, dass die Website solaxy.io Anleitungen zum Kauf von Token auf Italienisch bereitstellt, um inländische Investoren anzusprechen. Obwohl die Entscheidung nicht bestätigt, dass Solaxy Betrug ist, stellt CONSOB fest, dass das Projekt die Meldepflichten nach MiCA nicht erfüllt.
