The US military has struck several weapon systems in eastern Syria.

On December 4th, Jinshi data reported that Patrick Ryder, a spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Defense, said on the 3rd that the U.S. military launched an attack in eastern Syria that day, targeting several weapon systems, including a T-64 tank. The U.S. side claimed that these weapons posed a threat to the United States, and the U.S. military’s strike on these weapon systems was ‘self-defense’. Patrick Ryder also stated that the U.S. side is still assessing who is using these weapons, and the U.S. military’s actions have nothing to do with the activities of other organizations in northwestern Syria.
