1. Upon Onboarding If the referred institution meets the onboarding conditions of X-ACCESS , they will receive the same incentives (VIP 12 or fee rebate voucher).
2. Upon Activation If the referred institution completes ≥ $50 million in trading volume within 30 days (API volume ≥ 60% of total volume):
