On the 14th, the US and Ukraine held closed-door talks in Berlin, the capital of Germany, to discuss the “Peace Plan” proposed by the US to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The US representatives involved in the talks mainly included US Special Envoy Witkov, Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law, and others. The Ukrainian representatives, besides President Zelensky, also included Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, and General Staff Chief Genatov, among others.
