Since the launch of community voting, over ten thousand key votes have been cast in just one week, demonstrating the strong attention and support of the Web3 community for industry leaders.
In order to ensure that this influence ranking list has the highest credibility, BlockTempo officially announced the list of professional judges for this session on (22) and reiterated the judging mechanism for community voting and the final selection.
Regarding the review panel roster: gathering the voices of industry and community experts.
For this round of voting in the evaluation, the organization has specially invited 25 experts to form a judging panel, consisting of senior developers, exchange founders, government officials, experienced practitioners, and influential KOLs from the industry and community.
These judges are all important figures who ranked high on the previous influence ranking list or are widely recognized by the industry and community.

Community Voting Phase (December 15 ~ December 25)
Industry Ranking Scoring Rules
40% Industry Expert Selection: Invite experts in the blockchain field to evaluate and score candidates based on their contributions, achievements, and influence.
60% Community Influence
30% Retweet Count: Assess the number of content retweets on social media platforms, including X (Twitter), Instagram (IG), Telegram (TG), Threads, Facebook (FB), YouTube (YT Committee).
20% Community Voting: During the nomination period, community voting will be conducted simultaneously, and the number of votes will be one of the selection criteria to choose candidates who will enter the next stage. Each user can vote five times a day. (One account can vote five times for each list, but can only vote for the same person once.)
10% Posting Points: Scoring based on the candidate's activity level on social media platforms; the higher the activity, the higher the points. #TempoAward30
