Opinion: BTC's strong rebound in market share causes altcoins to lose value. As long as BTC remains the "safest" asset, the altcoin season will not arrive.
Odaily Planet Daily reports that crypto data analyst CyrilXBT posted on the X platform stating that BTC.D (BTC market dominance) has rebounded strongly from its support level, which is the reason for the sluggish performance of altcoins. As long as BTC dominance remains high, altcoins will continue to bleed. Currently, each BTC correction causes funds to flow back into BTC rather than altcoins. The altcoin season will only begin when BTC is no longer the safest trading asset, and the altcoin season is not imminent yet.
