BlockBeats News, January 10 — According to three anonymous sources, Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Boozman (Republican-Arkansas) is considering delaying the committee’s vote on a milestone cryptocurrency legislation bill, contingent upon substantial progress in bipartisan negotiations in the coming days.

Boozman still plans to advance the review process of the cryptocurrency market regulation bill on January 15. However, he is now open to delaying the vote, depending on the progress of negotiations between his team and Democratic lead negotiator, New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, in the next few days. If there is a substantial breakthrough by the end of this week, he may postpone the vote to garner bipartisan support for the bill.
