If Ethereum falls below $3,000, the total liquidation strength of long positions on major CEXs will reach 693 million.

BlockBeats News, January 20 — According to Coinglass data, if Ethereum falls below $3000, the cumulative long liquidation strength on major CEXs will reach 6.93 billion.

Conversely, if Ethereum breaks above $3200, the cumulative short liquidation strength on major CEXs will reach 10.20 billion.

BlockBeats Note: The liquidation chart does not display the exact number of contracts pending liquidation or the precise value of contracts being liquidated. The bars on the liquidation chart actually represent the importance of each liquidation cluster relative to nearby clusters, i.e., the intensity.

Therefore, the liquidation chart shows the extent to which the price of the underlying asset will be affected when reaching a certain level. Higher “liquidation bars” indicate that the price will generate a stronger reaction due to liquidity waves once reached.
