Spark Raises Deposit Limits on Avalanche and Ethereum

The decentralized lending protocol Spark has just announced a significant increase in its liquidity caps across its vaults. A strategic update that will particularly interest Avalanche users looking to stake their assets.

According to reports from Odaily, Spark is expanding its capacity on two major chains. On Ethereum, the USDC cap increases to $1 billion, while Avalanche benefits from an increase to $500 million for the same stablecoin. At the same time, the ETH limit now reaches 250,000 units.

These adjustments reflect growing confidence in the Spark protocol and its commitment to meet user demand. For depositors, this announcement means greater flexibility to securely stake larger amounts on Avalanche and Ethereum, with competitive yields on their USDC and ETH allocations.
