In my opinion all of these are going for pretty similar narratives. I'd differentiate them as the following:
Robinhood Chain -> bring DeFi to their users in a curated way
Canton -> for banks and institutions (probably closest to LayerZero)
Plasma/Stable -> stable coin infra but become less relevant in a multichain/interoperable world
Tempo -> payments/forex + Stripe distro (maybe more)
